Old collections can be confusing. Dates, mint marks, condition, metal content, authenticity, and collector value are things our team reviews for you.

Never clean or polish old coins before a review. Cleaning can damage the surface and may reduce collector value.

Before you contact us:

  • Photograph the front and back clearly
  • Include the full group in at least one photo
  • Photograph labels, holders, or paperwork
  • Do not clean, polish, or remove coins from holders
  • Keep valuable items secure until approved

Does the first review cost anything? +
No. The initial photo and information review is free and creates no obligation to sell.
Can I sell an entire collection? +
Yes. We consider individual pieces, mixed groups, inherited collections, and larger accumulations.
Should I clean the coins? +
No. Do not clean or polish coins. Leave them in their current condition and holders.
Can you give a final price from photos? +
Usually not. Photos help determine interest, but a final offer requires physical inspection and authentication.
Can I mail the items? +
Only after approval. We will provide instructions when a mail-in review is appropriate. Never mail valuables without instructions.
Am I required to accept an offer? +
No. You may accept or decline after the items are inspected and an offer is presented.
